Realm of Legend Tips & Strategy
Once you know how to play, these tips will help you clear tougher dungeons, spend smarter, and climb the arena faster.
1. Push difficulty as soon as you can survive it
Loot scales hard with difficulty — Nightmare gives ×5 and Inferno ×15. The biggest early mistake is grinding Normal for too long. The moment you can reliably clear a tier, move up: the extra gold and gear snowball your power far quicker than farming an easy floor.
2. Build a balanced army before you go tall
Three soldiers is your cap, so composition matters. A reliable core is Warrior + damage (Archer or Mage) + Healer. The Warrior draws hits, the Healer keeps everyone alive, and your damage dealer does the work. Against packs of enemies, a Mage (hits all) outperforms an Archer; against a single boss, the Archer's single-target burst wins.
3. Save your legendary ally slot for impact
You only get one ally slot, so make it count. The Inferno Dragon's fire breath hitting all enemies is a game-changer for packs and bosses alike, but it's the most expensive. Earlier on, the Void Evil's life-drain effectively doubles as extra sustain. Earn gems from bosses before spending on the cheapest ally.
4. Spend gold on soldiers, gems on power spikes
Keep the economies separate in your head: gold is your steady income for soldiers and gear — spend it freely. Gems are rarer, so save them for real power spikes: a legendary ally or a needed boost before a hard push. Don't burn gems on things gold can buy.
5. Master stances and tactics
- Aggressive when you can win the damage race — end fights fast.
- Defensive against burst bosses to survive the opening rounds.
- Focus Fire to delete the most dangerous enemy first.
Hold your once-per-battle tactics — Shield Wall to negate a big enemy turn, Divine Ward to heal at the brink — for the exact moment they swing a fight.
6. Arena: pick your opponent wisely
In Social → Arena, you choose who to battle. Target opponents near or slightly below your Arena Points for steady wins and safe climbing, rather than punching way above your weight. Consistent wins beat risky ones for ranking up.
